AIRA Adaptive — Terms of Use

Effective date: October 23, 2026 1. PROVIDER AIRA Adaptive is provided by Dr. Williams Erik Bukret, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact: drbukret@drbukret.com - https://drbukret.com/contact/ 2. WHO MAY USE IT AIRA Adaptive is only for licensed medical professionals and their supervised surgical teams. Accounts are activated after professional verification by AIRA Adaptive. Keep your credentials confidential. 3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE AIRA Adaptive provides algorithmic preoperative risk screening and decision support for plastic and aesthetic surgery. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace the clinical judgment of the treating professional. Surgical eligibility is returned as a preliminary category for medical review, never as an authorization to operate. It is not for emergencies. No regulatory clearance or certification is claimed. These terms cover AIRA Adaptive, including AIRA Adaptive Professional and its connectors for ChatGPT and Claude. 4. PILOT During the current pilot, only fictitious cases may be entered. Do not enter data about real patients. 5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Never enter patient names, email addresses, phone numbers, identification numbers or other direct identifiers. - Confirm consents only when they were actually given. - Verify the data you enter and review every result clinically. You keep full clinical responsibility and may change or disregard any result. - Results are produced by an algorithm and presented through an AI assistant. Tell your patient when AI-assisted decision support was used in their evaluation. 6. ASSESSMENTS Each completed assessment uses one available assessment of your organization. If the engine does not return a report, the assessment is returned to your balance. Account access and available assessments are managed outside the AI assistant (ChatGPT or Claude). The assistants do not sell or display plans or prices. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The AIRA Adaptive engine, the Bukret Score and the reports are protected. Do not copy, reverse-engineer or attempt to reproduce the scoring method. 8. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not attempt unauthorized access, automated scraping, or circumvention of account, rate or assessment controls. 9. SUSPENSION AND CHANGES We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. We will publish changes to these terms on this page with a new effective date. 10. LIABILITY The service is provided as is, as decision support only. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for clinical decisions made by professionals using it.
