AIRA Adaptive connector

Structured preoperative risk screening for plastic and aesthetic surgery, for licensed medical professionals. Works with AI assistants that support remote MCP connectors, including Claude.

Pilot: the current environment accepts fictitious cases only. Do not enter real patient data. Results are decision support for the treating professional; they are not a diagnosis and do not replace clinical judgment. Not for patients or emergencies.

Requirements

An AIRA Adaptive professional account, verified by AIRA Adaptive outside the AI assistant, with assessments available.
An AI assistant plan that allows connectors.

Connect

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and add AIRA Adaptive from the directory, or select Add custom connector and enter the URL https://mcp.drbukret.com/functions/v1/aira-adaptive.
Click Connect. You are sent to the AIRA Adaptive sign-in page.
Sign in with your professional account, check the app name and the return address on the consent screen, and click Allow.

Claude asks for your approval before each tool call by default. You can change this per tool in the connector settings.

To disconnect, remove the connector in your assistant's settings. Access tokens expire automatically.

Tools

Tool	Type	What it does
`start_assessment`	Read	Checks that the account is verified and has an assessment available, and lists the data required. Uses no assessment.
`get_available_assessments`	Read	Returns the account status and the number of assessments available.
`run_assessment`	Write	Runs the official AIRA Adaptive engine after you confirm the data and returns the report: Bukret Score, risk level, contributing factors, recommendations and a surgical eligibility suggestion. Uses one assessment only if a report is returned.
`list_assessments`	Read	Lists recent assessments of your organization.
`get_assessment`	Read	Returns one full report from your organization's history.

Data

The connector receives only the structured fields of a confirmed assessment: age, weight, height, smoking status, Caprini total score, optional hypertension, procedure and short case alias, plus the three consents as stated by the professional. It never asks for names, emails, phone numbers or ID numbers, and it does not read your assistant's memory or chat history. See the Privacy Policy and Terms.

Troubleshooting

Message	What to do
Account pending verification	Your professional account has not been activated yet. Contact AIRA Adaptive support.
No assessments available	Your organization has no assessments left. Access is managed outside the assistant.
"This connection request is no longer valid"	The sign-in link expired. Start the connection again from your assistant.
Pilot: fictitious patients only	Confirm that the case is fictitious. Real patient data is not accepted in the pilot.
Authorization failed or connector disconnected	Remove and add the connector again, then sign in.
